YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME HERE

When you walk into the Temple. you can feel the peace.  We believe God is always with us, closer than breathing.  When we choose to think we're separate from God, that's how it feels to us.  But God didn't go anywhere. God is right here, caring, guiding, and loving us inexhaustibly.  We're all spiritual beings.  We want to feel God's Love, and live effectively, fully and well.  We don't know what's next, but God does, and we'd love to have you along for whatever God has in store for us.

Walking into a new church can be intimidating and at times terrifying, depending on your previous church experience.  If you are considering attending one of our worship services, we pray that you would take the vulnerable step and come check it out!  We can’t fully describe what you will experience, but we can try to give you some concept of what to expect. 

Come As You Are

There’s no dress code. You are welcome just as you are.  The main rule is to come in quietly if you arrive late.

On a Sunday morning you might see some people looking fairly dressy, others in a t-shirt and shorts, and a lot of in between.  God already knows all there is to know about each of us anyway, so we say come as you are.  

Sunday service is at 11 AM and lasts a little over an hour.  It includes at least one meditation, and the lesson tends to be more meditative than “sermonish.”  Our goal is for each of us to make a direct connection with Spirit.  There’s usually a musical prelude, an introit, one or two choir numbers, a solo or two, and a musical postlude.

Please come downstairs for social hour with a light lunch after service.  We often have a class in the library at 1:30; please feel free to check it out.

On Tuesdays at noon, we have a one-hour healing meditation service.
